Terms of Service

Welcome to AdventForge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdventForge website at adventforge.tv, our 24/7 adventure streaming network, our connected-TV apps, programming submission tools, and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by AdventForge, LLC (“AdventForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions that require it) to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

AdventForge is an outdoor-adventure streaming network featuring a 24/7 live channel, an on-demand catalog, programming submissions for producers, and related discovery and viewing experiences across web and connected-TV platforms (Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and others). Specific features may change or be added over time at our discretion.

3. Accounts

Most viewing features work without an account. When you sign in (including via Google), you are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. YouTube API Services

Portions of the Services use the YouTube API Services. By using AdventForge you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that data accessed through the YouTube API Services is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can review and revoke AdventForge’s access to your Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. For details on what YouTube data we access, store, and delete, see Section 6 (“YouTube API Services”) of our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to extract data from the Services beyond rate limits we publish or reasonable manual use.
  • Use AdventForge content, metadata, or any data accessed through our Services to train machine-learning or generative-AI models without our prior written permission.
  • Resell, republish, mirror, or commercially redistribute any portion of the Services.
  • Interfere with or attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt our infrastructure or any third-party infrastructure (including YouTube’s) that powers the Services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

6. Programming Submissions

If you submit programming, show concepts, episodes, or other materials (“Submissions”) for consideration on the AdventForge network, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights necessary to grant the licenses below, including rights in music, footage, voice, likeness, and third-party performances.
  • Your Submissions comply with applicable hunting, fishing, wildlife, and broadcast laws and are appropriate for a family-friendly, PG-rated audience.
  • You grant AdventForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, transmit, distribute, exhibit, and promote your Submissions across the Services and our affiliated distribution platforms.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or stop carrying any Submission at any time for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, trademarks, and original content created by AdventForge, are owned by AdventForge, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Producers and third-party content owners retain rights to their respective content. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to any third party’s intellectual property except as expressly stated.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

AdventForge’s hunting, fishing, and outdoor programming may depict the humane harvest of animals and other regulated outdoor activities. Viewer discretion is recommended. Always follow your local hunting, fishing, firearm, and wildlife regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdventForge and its officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdventForge from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
